If you quote my house is the price i get going to be the price that is on the quote?
Yes, we will not add hidden costs to your bill, if there are cost over-runs on the project we cover them. The only time you would ever see a difference is if it was discussed before hand in which case you would usually see that on your quote, or if you ask for added services and we would let you know the difference before we proceed with the work.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, we have a full liability coverage on all of our work, if your house was damaged due to our workmanship our liability will cover all damages, we also have fire liability for our torch on roofing.
Do you have workers compensation coverage?
Yes our workers compensation is always up to date. We also take extra measures to ensure our employees are as unlikely to be hurt on the job as possible.
Will there be a mess in my yard when you are done my roof?
No all of our tear off goes directly into an onsite bin or truck if some hits the ground we make sure every little piece is picked up, we also go over the lawn, driveway, walk ways with a large magnet to make sure no nails or metal shards are left behind
Can you come and put a bucket of tar on my roof?
No, sorry we can not do repairs in this manner, however in alot of cases there are repair options that are proper and the repair will last alot longer.
Do you use high quality materials?
Our materials are mainly IKO products and are some of the best on the markets along with their main competitors
Is there extra protection in the valley areas of my roof?
Yes we install a membrane down the entire valley as an added protection.
Why havent I seen your company name around for very long?
Our foreman has worked with larger companies in and around vernon for the last 10 years and can supply refferences on request. We have simply decided to add a personal touch to business and go out on our own.
